Q. When will my stove be delivered?
A. Ecostove often has a good stock of all models, to find out exactly contact our team free on 0800 970 6850.
Q. Can I pay by credit card over the phone?
A. Yes! Our team are able to take credit card payments over the phone 7 days a week for you convenience.
Q. Who will fit my stove?
A. Stoves ideally need to be fitted by a Hetas engineer, if self fitted then building control will need to sign the installation off as suitable to the building regulations. Fitters can be found at www.hetas.co.uk
Q. Can I collect and pay cash for my order?
A. Yes! Our team are able to arrange for collection, however please inform us 24 hours in advance!
Q. Can you tell me what flue I need with my stove?
A. Yes! Give us a ring, picture, drawing or email and we will come back to you with the neccessary flues you need.
Q. I live in Daventry, can I collect my stove?
A. Yes! However we do offer a recommended delivery service. Try www.amanavan.co.uk
